Can I cancel or make a change to an order?

No. We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

Can I return an item?

Yes, Tiyagah is happy to accept a return request with 30 days from the date of purchase. All the postage and handling costs will be at the expense of the customer, not Tiyagah. Tiyagah advises that all customers retain their proof of postage as Tiyagah is not responsible for return packages should they not reach our office. The returns are processed within five (5) business days once Tiyagah receives and is processed, you will then receive an confirmation email. Tiyagah can prove either a store credit or a refund for the item/s returned, however we do not process any exchanges.
 
All prices for sale items are only value during the sale period and Tiyagah cannot provide a credit or refund a price difference for items purchased outside of the sale period. All items that are purchased on sale and or special are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
 
Returned items must be in the original condition with tags attached. Items of clothing that are returned to Tiyagah with damage, makeup, tan stains will be automatically be rejected and returned to the customer.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

All postage and handling costs will be at the expense of the customer, not Tiyagah. Tiyagah advises that customers retain their proof of postage through a trackable shipping method as Tiyagah is not responsible for return packages should they not reach our office.

What about warranty?

Tiyagah products have a warranty of three (3) months from the date of the purchase. All products with a manufacturing defect will be replaced. Any products that are not within the three (3) month period from the date of purchase will not be covered under the warranty. Tiyagah will request that clear photos in order to assist our customers.
 
If customers do receive an item which is faulty, please feel free to contact Tiyagah’s customer service at business@tiyagah.com, you will need to provide Tiyagah with clear photos, a description as well as your order details (order number, email address when the purchase was made)
